Depression and Anxiety
Are the heavy clouds of depression weighing you down? The constant feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and lack of motivation can trickle down and start impacting the relationships in your life. It is common to feel down at times, but when the sadness is persistent and impacting your day to day, depression may be prevalent. Major life events or burnout can trigger depression. You are not alone; our therapists will create an empathic and personalized environment that will best help you understand what you are feeling and thoughts and support you in creating your narrative.
Anxiety can, at times, feel like you are suffocating in your thoughts. Stress and worry are common and normal feelings. Once it starts interfering with your daily life, then it’s time to make a change. Anxiety symptoms include, but are not limited to, nausea, sweating, panic, difficulty concentrating, and constant worry. Our therapists will support you in getting to the root of your real or perceived fear and help you explore a state of self-awareness and reframe negative thoughts.
We will work collaboratively to illuminate the dark corners of your mind and guide you toward the light of healing at your own pace. We help you understand your triggers, develop coping mechanisms, and regain a sense of control over your life.
