There are circumstances in life where individuals may want to quit because the situation is tough or confusing, but I am here to tell you, you can rise above it all. From a young girl growing up in rural North Carolina, I knew I was destined to make change and walk alongside those seeking healing from past or current stressors.

As a provisionally licensed clinical social worker, I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adult women, and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and/or grief. You know your story better than I do, but I vow that I will be here for the journey and provide tools for you to live successfully.
